My Health

My health hasn’t been the best the past few years. And just when it seems I have it figured out, I fall back into bad habits and choices and my health suffers.

So I’ve done some reading and research and based off of what I’ve read, I need to scale back my diet to things that won’t cause me trouble. Give my body a break from the ‘assult’ it’s been under. A chance to heal itself, as much as it can. And maybe, feel better!

I bet you may be wondering what these measures are?

Well first let me tell you my small list of health issues to work with/around:

Hashimoto’s Thyroidisis
Celiac Disease, (self diagnosed)
Blood pressure problems (left over from pregnancies)

I’m not looking for pity, or for people to say, “Oh, you’re eating the wrong things.” I just need support. Encouragement. Even if you don’t understand, just pretend you do! 😉

Oh, and my list of things I’ll be keeping to eating for a few weeks, before I start adding things back in:

Meats (grass feed)
Fruits (berries mostly!)
and thats it…

It’s actually the same diet I stuck too while pregnant with Jeremiah, thank you Gestational Diabetes. So if I could do it then, I can do it now!
