High Altitude Baking

It’s come to my attention that my problems with baking breads MIGHT be because I live at a higher altitude. Hrmmm…Duh, Peggy! 🙂

So, I am attempting to make some bread right now, adjusted for the altitude. Once it’s done, I’ll let you know how it goes! 🙂

Update!

So it turned out great! It’s a good bread for toast, and toasted sandwiches. Simple flavor. Oh, so yummy!

~~~~ Note to self: next time you make this bread, remember to mix water with the egg wash. I forgot last time…sigh.
